Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Manesha Organics. We take pride in offering natural, organic, and perishable products. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and in an effort to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, we have a strict Refund and Returns Policy as outlined below.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
We do not accept returns on any of the following:
- Food items (including oils, ghee, seeds, powders, etc.)
- Organic fertilizers and bio-products
- Any opened or used product
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
All sales are final for perishable and consumable items.
2. Refunds – Limited & Conditional
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is completely incorrect (wrong item shipped).
- The package is not delivered and marked “Returned to Sender” due to a courier error.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:
- You must email us at support@maneshaorganics.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must include:
- Clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and product.
- Unboxing video (from package opening to revealing the issue) is mandatory for any damage claims.
- Your order number and registered contact information.
We reserve the right to deny any refund claim without sufficient proof or if the time window is exceeded.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
- For prepaid orders, if cancellation is requested within 1 hour of placing the order and before dispatch, a cancellation may be honored.
- In such rare cases, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
4. Fraud Prevention Measures
- All refund and return requests are verified for authenticity.
- If any user is found to be misusing our policies or attempting to cheat, they will be blacklisted from future purchases and their information may be reported to local authorities.
- We use AI and manual verification to detect fake claims. Fake unboxing videos or tampered proofs will lead to legal action.
5. Shipping Damage Disclaimer
While we pack all items securely, external courier handling is not always within our control. We will cooperate with courier partners in case of transit issues, but Manesha Organics is not liable for minor dents, creases, or seal loosening due to transit vibrations. Refunds for such minor issues will not be processed.
